The Velbon Sherpa 4430D is an aluminium tripod which offers an extremely versatile range of features. Equally suited to studio or field work, it will appeal to a wide range of users including photographers, videographers and birdwatchers.
The QHD-43D ball and socket head allows fast adjustment of pan and tilt movements with single-lever locking. It incorporates a QB-62 quick-release platform to allow quick and easy attachment and removal of camera or scope.
The Velbon Sherpa 4430D Aluminum Tripod with QHD-43D Ball Head is a sturdy workhorse that reaches a maximum height of 59.8″ and supports loads up to a maximum of 7.7 lb. with a recommended load 5.5 lb.
The legs feature four sections with flip locks. The center column separates into two pieces for low angle shooting down to 8.7″ from the ground when using the three-position adjustable leg spreading feature.
The included QHD-43D Ball Head offers a quick release and comes with a QR camera plate.
